What are the shooting DVDs?
Dave has created two, easy to use, instructional DVDs on how to properly shoot the basketball. The first DVD, Basic Shooting Technique, is the first video of the series. This DVD will start from the beginning and teach you how to properly shoot the basketball from step 1. Dave goes through all the necessary steps to put together the perfect basketball shooting form. Dave then goes into some basic drills that you can use to practice and improve your game. The second DVD, Shooting off the Dribble & Reading Screens, is the second video of the series. This DVD will take everything you learned in the first video and build onto it. Dave will show you to how to shoot off the dribble and how to work to get yourself free for an open shot. This DVD includes many drills that you can use at home to improve your game. Both DVDs come highly recommended by many professional basketball coaches and players. What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept online orders with all major credit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal accounts. At this time we cannot accept phone orders or orders through the mail for cash, check, or money orders.
Who can order these DVDs?
Anyone in the world! We have two pricing schemes set up. One is for buyers in the United States and the other is for all other International buyers. Please make sure you select the correct checkout section when you place your order.
What are the shipping charges?
None! Thats right, there are no shipping charges. However, the US order is priced differently then the International order to accommodate for increased shipping charges. Please make sure you select the correct item when ordering. We cannot ship a US version DVD to an International mailing address.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is very easy. Simply visit the Video Order Page and scroll down to the bottom to the ordering section. Select either the US videos or the International videos. We currently have three options available. You can select either Video 1 or Video 2, or get a discount and order both at the same time! Then just hit the blue “Buy Now” button to process the order through Google Checkout.
I am having a hard time placing an order, do you have detailed instructions?

Do I have to use PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is the official payment processor for Dave Hopla. PayPal allows us to accept any major credit card and also makes it convenient for you pay, with either your credit card – or your bank account if you have a PayPal account set up.
Who stores my credit card information?
Your credit/debit card information is stored in your PayPal account. Charges to your credit card are made by PayPal, and your credit/debit card information is not shared with DaveHopla.com or any other merchant that uses PayPal.
Who is handling my order? Dave Hopla or PayPal?
Once you have completed a purchase using PayPal, DaveHopla.com will maintain communications with you regarding shipping, changes to the order, tracking and returns. These communications will be made to the email address listed in your PayPal account and are vital in providing you with important information regarding the fulfillment of your order.
I placed an order, now what?
After you place your order with us you will get a receipt sent to the e-mail address that you provided us. Once we get the order it is processed and then usually shipped out with 2-3 business days. Please remember that Dave has a full time responsibility with his shooting clinics and is not able to ship out DVDs every day. Once the DVDs are shipped, shipping times may vary. Please allow 3-7 business days for your DVDs to arrive (International orders take 7-14 days to arrive).
My order has not arrived. What now?
If you have still not received your order after the above stated times please let us know. We will work with you to figure out what happened and will replace the order if necessary. Please Contact Us and include your order information in your message.
One or more of my DVDs are broken and/or doesn’t play. Now what?
If you receive an order and one of the DVDs is broken or does not play, please Contact Us and we will work with you to get it replaced. Please include your order information in your message.
I am not happy with this product, can I return it?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot offer any returns on DVDs. Due to the ease of copying, once DVDs are ordered, they cannot be returned. A damaged or unplayable DVD will be replaced.
